This policy only applies to www.thereptileemporium.com and does not extend to the practices of other websites that we may link to, companies that we do not own or control or to people that we do not employ or manage. 

We collect and transmit only the information necessary to receive, process payment for, ship your order, notify you of any delays or issues an to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Return and Refund Policies: 

Please note that we do not give refunds, we issue store credit only.  We also do not allow chargebacks on your credit card.  We try hard to get your order out within a few days,  but sometimes our products take longer to get to you during the busier times of the year.  All displays are made here by us and sometimes it is hard to stay caught up.  Please be patient.   If, however, you receive a product that is broke or cracked we will replace it.  Let us know of any damage as soon as you receive the product so we can start a claim with the shipper right away.
